The shared lounge was just lovely, because who doesn't love sharing their personal space with strangers? The 10-minute walk to the center was a perfect opportunity to work on my cardio. The view from the balcony made me feel like I was starring in my own romantic movie.
I mean, who needs a selection of rooms to choose from? Basement living is so underrated.

I seemed like I was at home at Villa Tricia. The hosts were lovely and gave me the warmest welcome when I arrived. Even though I arrived early, they were kind enough to let me use their shower and relax while my room was being prepared. The view from the villa is amazing and I enjoyed the conversations in the beautiful garden. They even let me borrow one of their Dutch bikes to explore the area. The house is clean and just a short walk from the beach and city center. They provide free parking and WiFi, and if you ask nicely, they'll even make you a nice cup of tea. I had an amazing experience.

The array of activities offered at the hotel made my stay truly enjoyable. I felt like a pro golfer, cyclist, and windsurfer all rolled into one! And the best part? All these activities were just a stone's throw away from the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the shared lounge. It felt like a home away from home, where I could relax and mingle with other guests. It added a cozy touch to my stay and made me feel part of a larger community.
Basement garden view.

We had an very nice stay at Villa Tricia! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the marina and a two-minute walk to the beach. The room was luxurious and was pretty good. The highlight, however, was the host. He was genuinely caring and interesting, sharing so much knowledge about the area and his own life. We wish we had spent more time just sitting and talking with him. we would highly recommend Villa Tricia to anyone and everyone visiting Cannes.

Our stay at Villa Tricia was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly hosts who went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. They provided us with recommendations for restaurants and helped us navigate the area. The villa itself was even more beautiful in person and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and a scenic 20-minute stroll to central Cannes. The room with a balcony and a view of the crystal blue water was a dream come true. We also loved the spaciousness of our family suite, and the fact that we had our own terrace to relax on. our experience at Villa Tricia was top-notch and we would recommend it to everyone.
100% Recommend this hotel.

Right next to the beach, Villa Tricia Cannes was the perfect location for a beach lover like me. the host went out of their way to ensure a great stay, even helping with last-minute travel changes. the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep after a day at the beach. ordering their breakfast was definitely worth the extra cost, a delicious start to the day.
The room lacked a luggage rack or chest of drawers, making it a bit challenging to access small clothing.

We had a fantastic stay in a beautiful villa that was perfectly located close to the beach. the room was spacious and had a charming classic look to it. the owners were incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. the villa had a stunning view from the master bedroom's balcony, where we enjoyed sitting outside and taking in the scenery. It was the perfect retreat, close to the beach but just secluded enough to be away from the madness of the city.
The common bathroom in the villa was not renovated.
